SPECIAL FEATURES
STRENGTHS
  • Mobile Artillery: The Mazor-Class Artillery is mobile meaning that it can be moved from one place to another without having it being stationary, allowing it to be moved to another position to attack.
  • High Speed: The Mazor-Class Mobile Artillery is surprisingly fast for its size, allowing it to keep up with more agile vehicles on the battlefield
  • Maneuverable: The Mazor-Class Mobile Artillery is considerably maneuverable for its size, allowing it to reposition itself on the battlefield with a slight turn of its wheels.
  • Powerful Artillery: The Mazor-Class Mobile Artillery makes the best of the single amount of storage it has for artillery, and uses highly explosive shells to deal damage to a large area.
WEAKNESSES
  • Window: The windows to the Mobile Artillery are only covered by transparisteel, meaning that the operators inside the vehicle can be sniped and send the artillery out of control
  • Heavy in Weight: The Mazor-Class Mobile Artillery is heavy in weight, meaning that while it can stabilize itself if it. The vehicle will be totally helpless if stuck in trenches or within soft ground.
  • Single Ammunition Storage: The Mobile Artillery has only one pile of ammunition for its main battery, meaning that once it runs out it will have to rely on the laser cannons attached to its sides
  • No Cargo Capacity: Beyond the single ammunition deposit box within the vehicle itself, the mobile artillery can carry no extra rounds or even more troops into the battlefield. Limiting its overall usefulness to artillery only.
DESCRIPTION

The Mazor-Class Mobile Artillery was a concept thought up by the Dark Forgemaster of the Order of Saithon (Khohnuirrann Stormmantle XXXVI) using ancient dwarrow technology and the recent creation of the Skraal Lightning Wheel to formulate a new design. Knowing that the Brotherhood of Darkness lacked the numbers and resources to challenge a major galactic power in a direct confrontation. The Dark Dwarrow would begin to follow a new overall policy of small but effective, which means that while the forces of the Forsaken Warhost are small they would need powerful equipment to help even the odds. With the approval of the Lord of Brotherhood of Darkness, Kyrel Ren the development of the Mazor-Class Mobile Artillery was approved. Using the same process of the Skraal Lightning Wheel made by the Mancheron Association of Manufacturing and Commerce on Darvannis, the First Test model was developed within the halls of the last dwarrow stronghold on Banathruon now called Skraalzzar by the Seven Clans that reside there.

This test model provided difficult for the dwarrow engineers that constructed it, under contract by the Order of Saithon. While the frame itself could support the laser cannons attached to the side, the recoil of the main artillery battery mounted on top presented an interesting dilemma for the brotherhood. The Dark Forgemaster fixed this problem by increasing the size of the vehicle itself and lowering the overall ammunition capacity of the battery. While this would weaken the vessel against enemy fire, the new and improved artillery battery mounted on top would allow them to fire highly explosive shells that did damage to a high area. Although the overall storage of the shells ment that only one box of ammunition could fit on it, the need for a mobile artillery was too great to ignore and the first model was pressed into service underneath the Brotherhood of Darkness. Awaiting in storage for the time when the Lord of the Brotherhood had need of them.
