Description: The MC1030 Speer Head is a heavy torpedo designed and produced by the engineering team at Mon Calamari Shipyards. The body of the MC1030 Speer Head Heavy torpedo is made of high grade durasteel with Agrinium plating and an Ablative heatshield coating. This protects the warhead from extreme heat applied on it from atmospheric reentry and offers some protection from small energy weapons for a short period of time. A plasma based ionic radiation charge detonates at the perimeter of a target's shielding releasing a massive amount of rations overpowering shielding.
