How fast do you think it would take Star Wars tech to analyze a blood test and the like and get the results back to the requester?

We can re-make an entire human in like, a day.

I'm sure we can analyze blood with a simple pen in .2 seconds.

not even that, see episode one. they analyzed anakins blood barely any time. he sent it and Obi-Wan was looking at the results

There are instances in the novels (Think it's in the Death Star novel) where tests of the sort were done nearly instantaneously. Full workup. And then there's the whole examination for midichlorians in EP1.

Depends on how quickly the blood is tested. If it is put into the machine it takes the same amount of time it would generally take for a program on your computer to run, so in a split second.

It also depends on whether the information you are looking for is known and stored in a database the computer accesses.
