Sitting at his desk on his companies home world, Nyos was going over some paper work as an alert came through on his comm that another business wanted to make a deal with his company to trade tech.

Umbrella Interest Company, owned by an unknown CEO from the North West of the Galaxy. He was interested because they provide biotech products and that's somstging Nyos wouldn't mind delving into with InVal.

Nyos looked to the comm source and redailed the address. He wanted to see what could be negotiated.

Jaster was standing on the bridge of his command ship, the Reminant, a Hammerhead class Cruiser. Umbrella Interest was becoming a larger company and this meant more security and requisition of munitions. His company didn't specialize in weapons manufacturing and larger company's were difficult negotiations. Apon skimming the Holonet for possible buys, Jaster ran across a company name that interests him. The call back from InVal Cybernetics was a happy moment.

Jaster walked to his office and the communications terminal there, "Hello Nyso Val, I am Jaster Awaud, CEO of the Umbrella Interest Company, this trade of supplys and requesition is possible, what we would require is a partnership of weapons and armor in exchange for our trade routes and tech, if there is any specifics we can negotiate."

Nyos nodded as Jaster introduced himself, he was offering some pleasant terms. Although he was not exactly a weapons company, he was willing to dabble. Nyos knew armor well enough and had a mine to aid in the materials.

"Pleased to make your acquaintance mister Awaud. I do believe I can help with your proposal. What trade routes do you offer? And what kind of tech could you provide? And what type of armor and weaponry would you like me to produce?"

Nyos began typing on another console to order a shipment of materials from the mine. And he then brought up a holo-map to help him recognize the trade routes and which territories they went through.

Jaster agreed, the terms were agreeable. He pulled up the data where his trade routes with the treaty nations he was with.

"My fleet patrolled the Vaagari Corridor and the Phalanx Route near the Csilla leading through the One Sith and the Republic, my contract with the Healing Guild allows my transports to travel through the Republic, One Sith, Mandalorian, Omega Protectorates, Techno Union, and the Red Ravens." Jaster was reading from the current transport lanes.

The weapons were to be secured from another company, but armor was important for his guards. These were desperately needed as Jaster needed to move soldiers and supplys across a dangerous space.

"Alright, those routes could really help me get my materials to my clients. I appreciate the call. Now as for armor, what were you thinking? I can design a light armor that is sealed in case you face a rupture in transit, at least your crew will be protected. While on the subject, do your flight crews need any suits for thise cituations? I can develope a light flight suit that can be sealed in the event of life support failure or venting?"

Nyos logged the trade routes on his own terminal. They would really come in handy. He could get his supplies across the galaxy much safer that way.

This was an idea that Jaster hadn't thought of this. His crew member were wearing normal clothing, color coordinated to their rank and specialty on the ships. It would be great and safer for his crew.

"If you could find a vacuumed suit that has diffrent colors and ability to change ranks, a crew uniform would be very helpful to my transports and escorts," Jaster nodded in graditude for the offer, "as for the armor for my guardsmen, I do ask that they also be vacuum sealed and able to withstand high degrees of temperature and stressful areas, many of my men are on very hot planets and need armor to repel this factor, light armor is what I am looking for so that is of no worry."

Jaster new contract were wanderers with a new planet were temperature were very high. His men complained about the head outside of outpost and the new armor would need to deal with this factor.

Nyos pondered for a moment and then thought back to his own armor. It was environmentaly controlled. He could install something into the armor easily. Color coading was easy as well.

"I can do that use either velcro or magnetic patches for rank and I have the ability to install an enviro control system. That seems to be the easy part. Now, about your tech, do you provide cloning solutions?"

Jaster didn't know, cloning was a elementary level learning for geneticist, even the equipment was possible to get. Most orders were for super soldier or gentech, cloning was mostly on kamino now. The long necks did a monopoly on that industry after showing their skills during the Clone Wars and wars after.

"Cloning is a possible prospect of my company, though we useraly modify the body's during young infancy with genetic additions," Jaster looked at a datapad of one of his facility's, "we mostly deal in medical supplys and genetic troops, individual cloning is possible though, even without our additions," Jaster wished to return to the armor though, "as for the armor, we were hopping we could possibly add one of our medical mixtures into the armor for quick injections during battle, is this possible?"

I do believe I can make an attachment for a auto-dispenser system for your medical supplies. As for the cloning, if it is too much, don't worry about it. I'm just thinking of the future. May I suggest, as a bonus to our deal, any of your crewmates who need it, will get 50% off any cybernetic surgeries, replacements, and repairs. I offer this to all my partners and wish to extend the courtesy to you personally, if needed."

"I greatly appreciate this offer, many of my crew have yet to see battle, though these may come in handy when such happens," Jaster scanned through his offer of supplys, a single company could have little use of medical supplys, so he made another offer, "as of interest of our end of the partnership, use of this company's transport fleets or escorts are at your disposals, trade lane codes will be offered for transportation through our trade lanes and those of our treaty."

Jaster figured this was more of a steal as the trade lanes cost Jaster nothing but patrols by his fleets. As well as no business was out near the chiss homeworld, many still worried of the One Sith exspansion.

"Those are greatly appreciated, I'm glad we are going to be doing business together. I believe our partnership will be mutually beneficial. I will contact you again once the armors are completed. If you wish, you can come inspect them yourself and get the crews fitted for their suits."
