The first look at Michael Fassbender from the upcoming 'Assassins Creed' movie due December 2016.

Before hardcore Assassin's Creed gamers start scratching their heads (and filling up the comments) about how exactly Callum Lynch fits into the game world, we can tell you that Fassbender’s character was created specifically for the film. (The movie isn’t retelling any of the existing games, but rather introducing new characters into the same world.)

Lynch discovers he is a descendant of the secret Assassins society through unlocked genetic memories that allow him to relive the adventures of his ancestor, Aguilar, in 15th Century Spain. After gaining incredible knowledge and skills he’s poised to take on the oppressive Knights Templar in the present day.

While I love the Middle East, Italy, Istanbul, Colonial America, the Caribbean, and Revolutionary France.

I've always wanted to play a game that takes place in either Reconquista Spain, Habsburg Spain, or Civil War America.

Having a movie in the same century of the Reconquista works too.

AC III

Always was and still is my favorite. 'Murica.
Although the homestead stuff can get a bit boring if you don't like the parkour, running from one side of the map to the other is lame if you don't do some tricks.

I still think that they should make an AC game based during the American Civil War.

And feature a brother v. brother plot line with the protagonist.

As it was very common for entire families to be split apart during the war.
