I come in the spirit of cooperation and friendship. For to long Hapes has suffered under Republic rule, you have been abused both in your planet with them bringing their battle to its surface and in the friendship offered. You have been ignored and possibly exploited, the One Sith would like to change that. We respect the great state of Hapes, we want you to rule and expand outwards. Bring Hapen culture to the galaxy. That is why for the moment operating secretly without their orders or support for now. I Balaya would like to meet with the Queen or representatives who can speak and propose an offer. You allow the One Sith to to have a Hapen approved group of Blackblades o make a foothold and anything you require to succeed from the Republic will be yours. The Queen mother not only keeps her power but gains more as we can supply ships, tools of war and soldiers to ensure the only beings who have Hapen space is Hapes.

The Queen Mother is currently an NPC.

But I'm apt to let whatever the majority of the Hapan community would like to do. For the most part, I do my best to keep Hapes out of the Republic eye as we enjoy having to deal with our own affairs.

But I do love myself a good intrigue.

When I first arrived there was a war between the Republic and the Sith for control of Hapes if I remember correctly.

I like that we govern ourselves, and the Republic I do not believe cares what Hapes does.

The Republic didn't "care" what Alderaan did but when someone they didn't want tried to become queen the faction admins jumped to make a character to contest it and deemed themselves the official leader/senator of the world. Which was dumb. I honestly think this could be intriguing.

Yes, and that was all worked out about Alderaan.

As Persephone said, the Hapes Queen is an NPC, where Alderaan's Queen had been a PC.
