APPEARANCE:
Merion wears the faceless mask and robes of Central Isopter, which are effectively a mobile burial shroud or casket.

BIOGRAPHY:
Merion always struggled with his heritage. In particular, he chafed against his mother's firm expectations — that he learn the Force without bias from the Jedi or the Sith; that he take duty to his homeworld as his first priority. After one of the family tutors was dismissed for leaning too far toward Light Side ideologies, Merion began chewing on his self-determination in earnest. Though he had only a distant relationship with his grandmother Ashin, he read her small old book The Enduring Glance with extreme interest. The anecdotes therein prompted him toward a life of unattachment, even radical unattachment. Since he couldn't be a Jedi or a Sith, he decided to seek out other Force traditions and find something that fit him.

This was not a popular decision at home. Neither was his defiant but haphazard selection of the morbid screwball itinerant disaster tourists of the Central Isopter. His robes are not, not welcome at family dinners.

SHIP:
Merion can often be found traveling aboard a nice shuttle or a Central Isopter Observatory.
