- Charged Bolt - By holding down a switch right under the trigger, the submachine gun will load up a powerful, singular bolt instead of peppering its usual bullets. Once the gun is charged, the barrel will light up and releasing the trigger will fire the bolt. The entire process takes about five seconds, and consumes over a third of the magazine.
- Bullet Rain - Being a submachine gun, the Mida is capable of unloading its entire clip in four seconds, at an impressive fire rate of ten bullets a second.
- Fully Charged - A Charged bolt, when fired, can cover great distances and inflict significant damage apon enemy soldiers.
- Better In Numbers - Each singular standard charge of the Mida is very weak, and it would take four to the head to kill a typical adult human.
- Short Reach - A downside of nearly all submachine guns, the Mida has a poor ranged capability and its accuracy quickly drops off when an enemy is more than three meters away.
- Mule Kick - When Charged and firing, there is a great amount of recoil produced. There are the additional downsides of consuming fifteen of the fourty charges in a single Charged bolt, plus the multiple second reload.
For his Secret Santa project, Rick decided to make a unique submachine gun that would suit a variety of purposes. It is small and light, capable of being held and properly wielded in a single hand. However, the gun still packs a high firepower and a highly lethal Charged blast. Named the Mida apon its completion and labeled as such on the gun itself, it was then shipped to its lucky recipient.
