Markov is a very quiet person (mute), but has an aggressive demeanor about him. He is agile and stealthy, and won’t let you forget it. Markov will often walk up behind someone he is meeting without them knowing, and not make his presence known until that someone turns around and notices him. He has a dark sense of humor, one that most people do not particularly enjoy.
He responds with simple nods and shakes of his head, only using his voice implant if absolutely necessary.
