So what kind of NPC troops do we want?

Stormtroopers?

@[member="Morna Imura"] seems to be quite into this, so I'd think he'd like to make something more non-cannonish. I'd still suggest we go with fully masked soldiers, gives us more the image of the 'bad' guys we are. Also when it comes to Military structure, I was thinking we have a Corps divided from the hierarchy, like the Stormtroopers and specifically the SS-Waffen if we are going to give real life examples.

Both of these are correct. Since we are a new type of Sith, we need a new "Stormtrooper" And with the newer armor, I think it will give the image that we are not of the other Sith types.

I think we should bring back the "Sith Trooper" since we are "The Sith Council" and not another representation of the "Galactic Empire".

however, I also think we should focus on more updated versions of a sith trooper with new armors and whatnot, including maybe a death squadron of troopers to rival the GE's shadow troopers and such.

I actually had some models and Ideas I picked out For out backbone soldiers. I like sound of SCARFORCE or SCARFOR (Sith Council Aggressive Reconnaissance Force) for our special forces. As for what we call the main army, it depends on what kind of government TSC sets up for its NFUs citizens they reign over as well as their dominions, likewise what the government itself is called.

@[member="Morna Imura"] I'd suggest for the backbone of the army a.k.a the regular infantry that are not spec ops or away from the typical army hierarchy (like Stormtroopers) something more of a 'simpler' looking, by this of course i do not mean looking like the Rebels in first trilogy xD

EDIT: Do you think we should have a similiar corps of the stormtrooper, I mean which has it's own hierarchy and serves directly to the council. Cause you know there was a difference between Stormtrooper and Imperial Army, during the Galactic Empire days.
