Milla worked with the Death Watch Crusaders Forge Masters and a few other companies to figure out the best kind of armor that suited her combat style. She wasn't very knowledgeable on the subject of armor, but she had an idea of what she wanted. Something akin to a jack-of-all-trades, she wanted the armor to withstand most forms of damage.... at least to defend against the first strike. But she also needed something to help in space and severe environments, so that she could withstand most harsh conditions and be able to move through space, the latter she realizing early on in her new career when she found out using oxygen canisters as thrusters were dangerous when you have little oxygen to begin with. However, it had to also be a signature for her family. Not just unique to her style, but it had to make sense for a Mandalorian armor. Many components aren't actually for the maximum benefit, but just to boost something otherwise overlooked. Such as the BioGel, which is mainly for hard landings to hopefully protect her from breaking bones. Most of the Vambrace systems having to do with computers and terminals were very important, as Milla knows little to nothing about electronics, and needed to make sure the suit would do everything she needed, for her, as she knew she wouldn't always have a droid or a partner to help her out.
The armor is an homage to the Death Watch Crusade, in honor of Rynn Vizsla. Since Death Watch Crusade wants to bring back the traditions and culture of Mandalorians before the new government normalized a way of democracy, while still trying to bring some modernization along with crusading, the design of the armor has a mix of Neo-Crusaders and Modern Mandalorian Armor. Along with its shiny, unpainted exterior, it is also a hint at herself. She, being a very new Mandalorian to Mandalorian culture, so too, is this style of mix-and-matching armor for the new Death Watch Crusade.

- Jack-rabbit - Designed more for the speed of a snatching spider, utilizing a jump pack and appropriate gear for paralyzing to capture, and get to the best positions. Unfortunately, it still has a standard weight due to the amount of pure beskar built into it.
- Jack-of-all-trades - The suit of armor comes with a lot of protection in most other common areas, like hot and cold environments, sonic/loud sounds, flashes of light, hacking, and impacting forces. While some of these would usually come standard, not every area is typically accounted for like in this suit.
- Exposed - Every power cell necessary for any part of the suit is more or less exposed, with little protection. The protection can be compared to the battery back for a remote, with a very simple locking mechanism to prevent it from opening accidently.
- Napalm Fuel - The suit carries a small pack of Paralene fuel for the jump pack for that extra punch, which is actually attached to the suit. Utilizing the fuel pack from the suit rather than the jump pack means that it can be easily removed for quick replacement or be used as an improvised napalm bomb. Unfortunately, it is left exposed on the back, and will hurt the wearer of the suit just as badly as it would hurt anyone else without protection.
