Millia? Ah, you mean Sister Brimarch. The cardinal was silent a long moment after the question was placed. An inquiry into her character soon after being scouted for the Jury of Ashla. His fingers steepled, he looked the part of a minister behind his desk.
His eyes casting about as if lost in some trance before he cleared his throat to speak.
Ms. Brimarch came to us through unexpected conditions. She has always been a diligent child of Ashla. He explained carefully, looking to the pair of Inquisitors with a smile. Always with a warm smile she finds those that need a friend or someone to listen, lean upon, for support in their dire moments. And never judging I might add.
We are more interested in the circumstances that brought her to the church. One spoke suddenly, cutting to the chase of their visit.
The Minister let his fingers fold inward. His chair giving a soft whine as he swiveled and placed his hands atop the dark wood top. A sigh expelled the feelings that rose with their question.
I can only say that her being here has done little to temper the mind that her previous environment created. She is allowed every amenity others would be granted-
Please answer-
I will not. It is not my place to speak for her. If you wish to follow your line of questions...I suggest you speak with her yourself.
The pair were silent, caught off guard by the severity of his denial for information.

Growing up in a what most assumed was a healthy setting, Millia was the only child of her family. Her grandparents doted, an uncle often teasing her, and her mother and father were more than able to provide a decent lifestyle.
When the public eye settled far and away however, the families troubles were mounting swiftly after Millia had come into the parents lives. Her mother a former socialite that had been ill prepared in every fashion for the little spoken responsibility of caring for another. The resentment a slow but steadily mounting tension between mother and child.
In a similar vein, the expense of a child became an issue after poor choices led to a sharp decline in the family's comforts and finer dining. Both avenues of these misfortunes visited upon the child, and shaping Millia into a being that believed her very existence to be a burden. That she was a grave misfortune to others. Self isolation and parental reinforcements allowed the behavior to go unchecked for some time.
It wasn't until Millia began to avoid the physical courses of school that anyone began to take notice of the young girls shift in behavior. The realization of her suddenly becoming quiet not a matter of her simply minding her teachers as much as trying to shrink away from attention.
It wasn't until light bullying ruined Millia's clothing that any great action was brought into motion. The obstinate behavior of not wanting to change garnering unwanted attention before the teachers realized a portion of what was happening to the young girl.
Being taken from the rather poor conditions and handed off to the church, she only found out the ramifications of her removal and the fallout of the families poor treatment a few years later.
The Bogan had been infesting her home slowly she had been informed by the priest and sisters, the lot of them attempting to bring the near silent child out of her shell.
