What it does
GOMM R&D is the place where anything within the R&D Division may post up ideas for new ships, work on them, save them, all before officially posting them to the Factory. This section is also used by Blackstar Industries.They are not a Subsidiary, they are a business partner and friend. We get access to their stuff, they get access to our stuff. It's a joint business venture.
You will follow the same rules as stated in any Factory Submission. Follow Templates and requirements and restrictions. Note: This is not where items get approved. If a GOMM serviceman posts a ship that had not been already agreed upon, it may be accepted or declined by our personnel if we find it useful, but a review by our staff will only be made upon its completion, and it must still be submitted to the Factory.
Discussions will not be held on a Submissions page. Reviews, notes, suggestions by staff, and posts of updates are allowed. Any discussion of but not limited to, General Discussion, non-GOMM and non-Staff suggestions or requests, Preorders, etc, are held in the Faction OOC forum.
