  • Material: Plasiplate
SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Modified Baradium Bisulfate: The chemical known as baradium bisulfate is a highly combustible material in itself. The modified version, created my Skyler Wren, adds a touch to the highly explosive chemical. The new modification adds a highly enhanced degree of temperature to the chemical, and subsequently to the grenade, making its potency doubled to that of baradium itself.
STRENGTHS
  • Chemically Charged: The grenade houses the modified baradium bisulfate, which has a double potency than that of baradium itself. The damage from the grenade can shred through flesh with ease, unarmored to medium armor, individual worn or plated on mechanical devices such as ships, vehicles, etc., relatively uncompromised, and heavy armor with the potential to eat through it almost unabated. The radius of the blast from the center of explosion is two meters in circumference.
WEAKNESSES
  • Unstable Chemical: With anything associated with the baradium chemical family, this modified version too is highly unstable. It is dangerous to carry it around haphazardly, rather it should be used instantaneously to avoid suffering an unstable explosive accident.
DESCRIPTION

Once more, Skyler began tinkering with chemicals and explosive devices, grenades in this case, once again. Through his growing understanding of chemicals and their make-ups, he went to work on modifying another member of the baradium family; baradium bisulfate. Through his trial and errors, the latter being more noticeable, he finally stumbled on creating a modified version of the baradium bisulfate. The new version rivals that of the original baradium, which doubles both in potency and instability. The noticeable difference is the degree in temperature of the modified baradium bisulfate, giving it a more potent bite.

Because of the chemical explosive's unstable nature, the grenades themselves were created using the material plasiplate, which added a minuscule of protection against the instability of the chemical from exploding before its required call to service. Because of the effect of this grenade, they are created on a need to use basis; meaning one doesn't wish to carry them around like traditional grenades. Also, they are much heavier than the average grenade weight.
