Mining Aeten II
Story: In the aftermath of a 'Republic' attack on Aeten II a Concordance-class Mining Barge must be repaired before it can resume operations. A large Stygium Crystal deposit has been found deep in the asteroid the vessel orbits and droids must be brought back online to mine the rare and expensive resource.
Hyperion Mining
Step 1: Freighters containing spare parts will begin arriving from Yaga Minor. Oversee the VCE Engineering Droids as they begin to repair the ship using the spare parts.
Step 2: As the repairs continue to be done, check on the general status of the crew and provide medical treatment where needed. Compensate workers where appropriate.
Step 3: Send crews to the surface of the asteroid to check on the status of the mine and the equipment that is still on the surface and under the surface of the asteroid.
Step 4: Explore the mines while reviewing reports for workers as to the general status of the mining operation and any results they have achieved so far.
Step 5: Discover that they have recovered a large volume of metal ores from the asteroid, many of which are valuable, but have yet to recover any Stygium Crystals.
Step 6: Further inquiry reveals that several of the mining droids in the deepest section of mine have yet to report in after the 'Republic' attack.
Step 7: Discover several droids that have fallen into a natural chasm in the asteroid. The droids were smashed at the bottom of the chasm even though it is a 'very' Low-G environment.
Step 8: Upon exploring the chasm, discover that the entire chasm is lined in Stygium Crystals and extends deep into the center of the asteroid.
Step 9: Order droids and workers to focus their attention on this section of the mine and to widen the tunnels leading to it.
Step 10: Observe that Concordance-class Mining Barge is fully repaired and ready to begin full-scale mining operations once again.
Step 11: Observe mining operations as they begin hauling ton after ton of Stygium back to the Mining Barge.
Hyperion Security
Step 1: Begin patrolling space near Concordance to ensure that all remnants of 'Republic' forces have been chased from the system.
Step 2: Focus efforts on securing the interior of the ship and on the surface of the asteroid..
Step 3: Begin triaging the wounded crew aboard the ship. Bring additional medical supplies and medical teams to help the wounded.
Step 4: While the wounded crew is being tended to, send teams to patrol every inch of the mines already drilled into the asteroid. Explore every single tunnel while searching for 'Republic' troops or explosives.
Step 5: Escort VIP's through the mines as they resume mining operations. Including as the VIP's discover the Stygium Deposit.
Step 6: Secure surface of asteroid and set up a few security stations and patrol routes.
Step 7: Set up increased security around the Concordance to prevent further raids on the mining operation.
