Hello, all wonderful planet makers!
After a discussion amongst the Factory Judges, it has been agreed on that there will be a little change in creating planets, and it's only just a small alteration in the template.
The line:
Major cities: <The names of notable cities, if any>
Has been replaced with:
Major Locations: <A detailed description of all of the planet's major locations (cities, popular areas, etc.), at least a paragraph per location>
The line has been moved to the block I like to call the "Approve or Deny" block, aka the block which holds the most important information of a planet - Culture, Technology, History.
Why was this change made? Well, to be honest, just a list of city names didn't give us anything. Yes, we knew what cities were on the planet, but that was really it. Now there's a need for more and more information to be given, which means people would have to really focus on their submission to get it approved. Also, my fellow Planet Judge has spoken about it stopping people from abusing a planet and its cities.
Getting your planet approved has become a bit more difficult now, but I am sure we'll be fine. Another really minor change is that the Notable PCs line has been moved to the same block with the Intent.
