Minor Faction Jedi Style Thing?

I've been thinking about this for a few weeks, if there ever comes a time Kei steps back and steps into a Jedi faction then I want to make sure I am joining the right faction. For now, I don't see this becoming a thing because he's happy pretending to be an NFU smuggling things and shooting people with his family, all hail Raxis and all that.

Truthfully though, are there any Jedi factions who don't play the map game? I hate the map game truthfully, Dominions and Invasions I hate because I get lost in them, the story moves in about eight ways at once and it gets to the point that in eight hours there can be around thirty odd posts you need to read to catch up with this plot and this story and everything that's going down.

The Jedi Order was that faction but I don't think it is anymore. I believe it has or will join with the NJO. Truthfully, you don't have to play the map game. I'm not a fan either and often don't.

Mhm, the next issue is that I don't wanna end up in the Galactic Alliance with a third account.

The issue is that SSC are playing the map game, so I rule them out, unless [member="Thurion Heavenshield"] or someone within the SSC can prove that they don't actually play the map game and I'm just being an idiot. Other than that, we don't actually have any Jedi factions who are willing to remain minor, who want nothing to do with the map game.

Your call. As I said, you don't have to participate directly. There's a Kaas dominion that I'm not in for the fact I'm not a fan of dominions.

I can understand where your coming from, theres 100 different things going on in Invasions and Dominions and its easy to lose track. There are many different things you can do in any faction besides these however, most factions leave you many opportunities. It is in my opinion that I recommend you look at all the Jedi factions regardless of whether they do dominions or not, they are after all just expanding. Focus on not only the factions goals but the characters inside the faction, and the potential plots to be had with those individuals.

Just dont join Invasions or Dominions then. Theres plenty of people who dont.

All three of you make valid points, and for that I must that each of you. I guess I'm going to take what you all said and think over it, think what faction will be the best for the smuggler.
