STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :
+ Tracker: Due to her years hunting big game, Mirdala has made a skill out of tracking individuals, beasts and sentients alike when she has the occasional bounty.
+ Sharp Eyes: Another skill held over from her years as a hunter, she has very good aim, earning her jaig eyes in an act of bravery in taking down a large predator on a hunting trip by using her sharp aim.
+ One With Nature: Having hunted with her pet anooba many times, and watchful of how things move in the wild, she seems to have a mutual respect with the natural world.
- Aggressive: A possible testament to her Mandalorian nature, Mirdala can come off as easily aggressive, especially when her clan appears threatened by another.
- Quiet: A side affect of being orphaned for five years. Her language development was stinted, and she often lapses into the muteness she had as a girl. That is not to say she does not talk, she just seems to prefer talking little.
APPEARANCE: Mirdala is a young woman who is just blossoming into her late twenties. Yet, she retains some youthfulness where she looks in her late twenties. She has a deep Caucasian skintone that borders on a very light tan. She wears dark brown hair, cut short enough so that she can still wear her helmet. She has piercing, hazel eyes. She stands at an impressive 5'6" in height.
BIOGRAPHY:
The girl who would eventually be known as Mirdala Betna began life as an orphan. She was born on Taris many years to criminal parents who lived in the world's Lower City, where the population's destitute and criminal were segregated from the rest of society. Her parents were murdered in an act of violent crime, not uncommon for the sector. She only survived because the assassins could not find the heart to kill a child. For five years she survived in the hell hole, barely eeking out a living as a thief. Her salvation came in form of the man she would call father, Cassius Betna, a bounty hunter from the Mandalorian clans. He saw the young girl and, in the ancient Mandalorian traditions, took the girl in as his own daughter. He named her Mirdala, the Mando'a word for "clever", due how she was able to outsmart others in the Lower City. He brought her back to the clan's home, and brought her up Mandalorian.
She grew up happy, learning to hunt and be one with nature. She became a lover of big game hunting, going on frequent expeditions to hunt beasts across the galaxy, arming herself with an energy bow, and accompanied by a loyal anooba she named Kad'ika ("Little Sword"). She now participates with her kinsmen in whatever capacity she is needed. After the burning of Mandalore, she painted her armor black as a symbol of vengeance against those who so destroyed her people. During the interim, she traded out her energy bow for a bowcaster, and reforged her are into twin, kukri-like knives.
