1.) It shall be the duty of all VP forces to serve and protect those under protectorate acquisition. Duty will be discharged faithfully in accordance with Protectorate Code of Military Justice.​

2.) It shall be the duty of all Protectorate worlds to grant a fifth of population, resources, and license to support Protectorate Military Operations.​

​

3.) It shall be the duty of the Joint Chiefs to monitor and supervise all operations assuring adherence to our core values.​
