OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
Presented and distributed much like bounty pucks projecting a hologram of Io explaining for visitors the practice of Miyabi.
CONTENT INFORMATION
Detailing the byo screen a modesty screen that lords used to keep their wives and daughters away from the eyes of others. To only allow their fathers and husbands to meet them while communication is based less on looks and more on the character of those present. It served in many ways as a deterrent to kidnapping and ransoming, with few knowing what the children of lords looked like and being surrounded by handmaidens who often were just as obscured. The screens went out of style and use as Atrisian lords and ladies were diminishing, with nobles instead wanting to be seen on the galactic scene and highly visible. They came back into style with Atrisias push towards being isolated and recovering after the numerous wars and attacks. A wave of hyper traditional views came back and the screens are featured in most houses now as well as the royal palaces.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
An ancient art used for the daughters of lords. To keep them from being kidnapped they were clothed and concealed behind screen. Learning everything with no one save their handmaidens being there to get them and interact with others for their needs. Often time the handmaidens being behind the screens as well and interacting with household servants to go to the market.
