- "Starfire" Weapon casts 10m stream of highly focused super heated plasma-based gas, Forming a beam of intense heat that burns at lightsaber-like temperatures and leaves flaming droplets of super heated plasma that can wound unarmored infantry that pass through it. The beam itself is capable of melting through most materials with unnerving speed and liquefying both flesh and bone.
- "Nova" Damage to the device while firing could result in a lethal explosion of extreme heat, Resulting in injuries such as severe burns through the wielder's armor or the complete liquidation of their arm. Black Hand Collective does not claim responsibility for injuries sustained with this weapon, Use with care.
The "Starfire" plasma-caster was designed as a multi-purpose tool based on old mining cutters and honed into a devastating part-breaching tool part-hyper lethal alternative to the mini-flame projector. It was designed for heavily armored veterans and vanguards with CQB in mind, And fitted with an added gription-clamp system to apply the weapon to preexisting gauntlet and vambrace platforms so that warriors of the Mando'ad may utilize the weapon out of the box with minimal change to their armor or loadout required.
While originally designed for the Mandalorian Enclave, few were able to get their hands on these weapons after their designer went missing. Nearly a decade later, she has returned and founded a new company that has begun to reproduce the the Mk.II Variant.
