SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Personalized Heads Up Display
    • Multi-Channel comm-link with constant links to each team member and overwatch.
    • On-board "gaze tracker" follows where the user sees allowing the target scanner (which takes tech from a Threat Analysis droid) to determine "Friendlys" and "targets" designating targets with a fixation.
    • On-board interfaces for remote connection and control of RONTO, or FIST if needed.
    • A constant Interface with AI "Seraphim" on board "The Annunaki gives user recommendations for what weapon is needed for each target as well as real-time up-to-the-minute information and threat analysis. Even enabling the vambraces and shoulder mounts when attached. giving specialized "set ups" and "preferences" for each user.
    • Loth-Wolf series Combat Scanner (The Mk VI improves upon the HUD of both the combat scanner and the general design.. There is a real time link to each weapon determining readiness levels and ammunition. This model, if accessed, will offer automatic targeting and weapon choice based on entered loadout.)
    • Web Gear: contains the following equipment: a spool of high tension wire, one grappling hook, 2 power packs, two ion flares (for illumination or emergency signaling)a combat de-ionizer, a GLiS Emergency Medpac, and two ration packs.
    • Bia series Portable Fusion Generator: Mounted on the suit's back, this generator provides the suit with a constant source of power for the power armor, as long as it has fuel. This model requires less power output, so a smaller unit is installed. Because of the energy conservation protocols of the suit (not constantly using full power to the servos unless needed), this is typically around 16 to 18 hours.
    • Dominion Infiltrator Suit technology meshing with Cybernetic Survival Suit.
    • Concealable weapons inside right and left gauntlets
    • Real Time updated and recurring connection to AI "SERAPHIM"
    • Armor weave gives a lighter, more mobile feel to the suit while keeping protective stature.
STRENGTHS
  • ADVANCED HUD: Each unit of the MK VI has a new built in HUD, not separate like the MK V. This new model takes it further with real-time positioning of each member(Including RONTO, REEK Pegasus, and Annunaki, and automatic comms link up. Each HUD also provides direct activation and automatic "Line of Sight" targeting when available.
  • ENERGY, AND ION RESISTANT: The MK VI's construction provides the suit with good energy protection from weapons like blasters, but this design is more to the malleable material taht is the “outer shell” than actual power usage.
  • VAMBRACE NOW CONCEALS WEAPONS: The MK VI has an array of weapon capabilities that can be mounted to the left or right gauntlets giving each team member last resort weapons and technical gear, unlike the MK IV, these are now concealable.
  • IS THAT ALL YOU GOT?: This malleable, concussive absorbent design also requires little energy that would be affected by EMP or ION weaponry
WEAKNESSES
  • WEAK POINTS : The MK VI have very limited protection at their lower back in order to cut down on weight and enable better movement in case the suit loses power. This area is only covered by several layers of armorweave and insulfiber. While this is often enough to provide some protection from shrapnel or grazing hits, most direct hits by most weapons will pierce through this layer.
  • OBVIOUS TARGET: The MK VI's added strength and mobility come at a noticeable(though definitely less than the MK V) decrease in power output and increase in lighter material..
  • WEAK LIGHTSABER RESISTANCE (Average): Being engineered primarily to fight more combat-oriented cultures such as the Bryn'adul, still no thought was given to engineering any sort of protection against lightsabers. None of the actual armor platings is designed to withstand a committed saber attack and will succumb soon enough. However, the suit does have some limited resistance to lightsaber strikes thanks to its phrik exoskeleton and some armor weave material in the bodysuit.
  • IT'S NOT A STEALTH SUIT, MAN!: The design of the MK VI is designed to be lighter and faster than the Mk V but that comes at a cost. This SHOULD allow for stealth capabilities, but the mission profiles that this armor gets used for will not allow that. The armor when used is still quieter than an MK III, but not all that much when you think about it. It is not as bulky as a Mk III, but they do not have to fight the Bryn either.
  • NOT FOR THE SANE: The Ysalamiri interface protects the user from mental attacks, but the strain on the mind is great and can bring out more stress than most can handle.
  • VAMBRACES MUST BE HOOKED UP: The price for going smaller is you lose some things you wish you did not. The Apostles are no longer walking tanks, they are still just as deadly but must be set up to do so.
DESCRIPTION
The MK VI armor is not just the latest in the line of sets for Omega Squad, it is the most state of the art. A little lighter than the last model but more efficient. Captain Mueller decided that if the team was getting "leaner and meaner" so would the tech and armor, Lt. Alazar continued this design. The big obstacle was the size of each set. They needed stealth and mobility but needed protection as well. It was not a matter of what could be sacrificed as none of it could be in his eyes. It was then that the operator realized that the Cybernetic Survival Suit and the Dominion Infiltrator Suit had technology that could be combined with the Mk IV armor to create something that could survive an open firefight and could still operate in a stealth environment.

The Mk VI is a hybrid of all of the previous models with two extra additions. The Mk III armor can be worn over it and the HUD has more direct connection and quicker response time.
