Moar restricted materials planets

Noticed there've been some planets/locations approved in Codex since the last time the Factory restricted materials lists were updated. Can we get some of these added when someone has a sec?

• Conglomerate Prime - cortosis
• Sekalus - phrik
• Kazahana Asteroid Field (on the map as Shri-Tal) - stygium

And one I missed back in the day:

• Umphathia - cortosis

Also, Mnencheiasus seems to have had its cortosis mention removed through submission modification request, so up to you whether you want to take it off the list.

Oh, that reminds me. Didn't Chris acknowledge that the Maladi was massively overpowered and that he "got carried away" with it's creation? I remember him promising to nerf the crap out of that ship. When's that gonna happen? It's been months.
