The MOB-2 Leatherback is a large, mobile base created by CST as a Mandalorian vehicle comparable to the SJCs MOB-1, and roughly the same size as the Turbo Tanks. This has led to creation of a rugged armored vehicle, capable of operating in multiple environments and allowing for a forward command base and medical center. Oddly enough, unlike it's Jedi cousin, the Leatherback is arguably less well armed than the MOB-1, featuring a heavy particle turret, and six mounted Ravagers. While also armored with homing cluster missiles, these weapons are limited to being anti-air weapons. On the flip side, the Leatherbacks defenses are also much stronger. The vehicle is armored with heavy durasteel plating, shields, and the bubble shield. This as led the MOB-2 to be heavier, slower, and harder to turn though. Overall though, the Leatherback isn't meant to operate alone, making some of the weakenesses helped by numbers.
