Moff Evner Braxiatel is the governor of Nyriaan, and a firm imperial. He has no interest in luxury, self-gain or self-promotion, only to give himself to ensure the survival of the Empire. His allegiance isn't to people, not to titles or money, but to the cause of Imperial Hegemony.

HISTORY
Evner Braxiatel was born in Prefsbelt IV of an unknown mother, and an unknown father. He was a normal imperial citizen, living through much hardships and hunger. The New Empire did govern the planet, but it was governed by a weak, lazy, maniacal man. One that simply didn't know the Neo-Imperial duty's value. Evner enlisted in the army, and slowly but surely began his ascent to Moff. He wasn't part of any known family, and always did what had to be done, without getting the credit he deserved.
Even though there were maniacal imperials, Evner soon realised there were indeed people that believed on what the Empire meant. Ignacious, the despot, was a clear example. It isn't as if Braxiatel admired him. Of course not. But he did respect him for his service.
When the New Empire turned into the Dark Empire, Evner was in a high enough position to live a comfortable life, but preferred to attend very difficult tasks, away from the Dark Empire's capital, that actually stopped him from knowing the tension within. His lack of vigilance, he fears, was too much. The So-called Sith'ari killed Ignacious, the despot, and got hegemony. The Sith'ari ruled not with the Empire in mind, but to further his own agenda. It boiled Evner's blood. He knew he had to make something. Sabotaging their superiors was not a problem. Giving an example of how to be the perfect imperial was easy. He will do anything to serve the Empire's true purpose, even becoming a Moff. Even killing the Emperor. Even being the Emperor himself. He will give his life for the Empire. Long live the Empire!

PERSONALITY
Determined, serious and very loyal to the Empire's true interest, Moff Braxiatel gave himself the mission to subdue and punish everyone he deems unfit to be an Imperial. He requires discipline and loyalty from all of his staff. While very rigorous, he rewards all those who do good work. Evner hates luxury, and thinks the other Moffs' desperate necessity for status and power is slowly destroying the Empire, and slowly tarnishing the fame of the Dark Empire's guiding hand to its population.
STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES
+ Ruthlesly Efficient - One might disagree with Evner's principles, but everyone has to agree he is strangely efficient in administrating the planet. The imperial Moff is an active man, strategising on how to make the best out of nothing.
+ True Loyalty - Moff Braxiatel's loyalty doesn't reside in people, on the so-called Sith'ari or any general or despot. No, he truly believes in the Empire itself. His faith for the Empire makes he moves mountains to advance the imperial agenda.
+ Fit physique - For a governor, Evner is pretty fit. He still trains as if he was a soldier. He is experienced in combat, even if getting old.
+- People's man - A common man, Moff Braxiatel actually prefers to live humbly, and without spending much for himself. He is what's known as a people's man, even if he denies it. While being respected and appreciated for his no-bullshit, no-laziness and direct style, this often makes the other moffs, and even lesser imperial staffs, wary of him.
+- Harsh Commander - A very harsh man, Evner trains his staff like one would train elite soldiers. He requires high discipline and loyalty to the Empire, but rewards people for their merits. The ones that do stay with him, rather than asking for transference, will see a very trustful, honoured man that actually values his men's opinions.
- Imperial Purist - The Sith'ari is a lie. The Sith are only as useful as their ideology helps the Empire. So is everyone else. Moff Braxiatel despises any imperial making an agenda for themselves, rather than serving the Empire's guiding hand. He plans to purge the Empire from those confused, egotistical and weak enough to not give all they can get for the Empire's glory.
- Only the Bravest Will Survive - His hate for non-fanaticals only compares to his hate for the lazy. The universe has no space for those not determined enough to survive on their own. Any Moff, Warlord, Sith and even Emperor contradicting this universal law will be actively sabotaged, overthrown and eliminated not only by nature, but by Evner himself.
