  Mogatto Gnogg was born on the World of Naboo within the Gungan Settlement of Umberbool City. Following in the traditions of most Ankura Gungan whose population was outnumbered by regular gungans ; Mogatto quickly rose through the ranks of the city to become the Boss using mostly treachery and subtle backstabbing to insure his succession to the city throne. As Naboo was underneath the Control of the Confederacy of Independent Systems at the time; Boss Gnogg would keep his settlement isolated from the galactic power within the Gungan Swamps.
  
  Boss Gnogg established himself as a ruthless tyrant over the city; forming a small band of warriors loyal only to him to act as his secret police force. This Secret Police Force would round up gungans that had displeased him and exile them from the settlement. Friends and Families were separated from each other and the settlement suffered as a result as most gungans were exiled for simply questioning the boss's decisions. Wanting to free themselves from the oppression of the Ankura Gungan; the settlement made a desperate plea to the Grand Gungan Army to march on the city and overthrow Boss Gnogg.
  
  The Grand Gungan Army marched to the defense of their fellow gungans and overthrew his regime over the city. Magotto barely escaped with his life using a gungan submarine. Now without a place to call home he would roam the Gungan Swamp in search of a new settlement to rule over. However none would accept him into their ranks fearing another takeover like he did before. Exiled and alone the ankura gungan wandered into the city of theed to try his luck as a street fighter underneath the name of "The Big Blob" and won a few messily credits.
  
  Mogotto was given a second chance for a command; when the Chairman of the Milvayne Commercial Association journeyed to naboo personally in order to recruit several individuals for his Corporate Flotilla. Finding the spark and determination within his yellows eyes; Mogotto would be recruited into the Association and undergo military training in order to accelerate his climbing through the ranks. After a few years of training and commanding small task forces for the Association.
  
  Mogotto would assume full control of the Milvayne Corporate Flotilla with the Rank of Fleet Admiral.

  Mogotto Gnogg can be considered a ruthless but confident military officer. He is something of a loud and bombastic Gungan much like his personal hero Boss Rugor Nass. Strange noises can be heard coming from his mouth when he is displeased or upset by something. In order to command his crew to the best of his ability; Gnogg uses his great size and weight to tower over people as a form of intimidation. He sometimes spits water when he is happy about something.He is proud of his gungan heritage and resents the Former Galactic Superpower of the Confederacy of Independent Systems for occupying his homeworld and ruling it.
  
  He is rarely diplomatic but always honest in his opinions. Willing to do everything necessary in order to repay back the debt to the Milvayne Commercial Association who saved him from being a street performer after his exile from his settlement. Fleet Admiral Gnogg is extremely ambitious and wants to leave behind a legacy of a formidable admiral.

  Gnogg is a pudgy and obese gungan with hooded eyes; broad wide head and green skin coloration. His long gungan ears are tied together behind his head. Standing around 6'9" in height and weighing around 800 pounds. He is typically seen wearing a large brown ornamental robe with two medals decorating the left side. Underneath this robe is a set of battle armor to protect him from harm should his starship be boarded or if he is on the ground. Green epaulettes sit upon his shoulders along with a green crown upon his blob like head.​

  Tactician:	Having been trained in several military academies; Gnogg can be considered a formidable tactician on the battlefield.
  Hand to Hand Combat:	Gnogg is highly efficient in hand to hand combat due to his shear striking power and size
