- The Ace isn't up the sleeve: Being made of cortosis it inherently Highly resistant to lightsabers and blasters. It also has the ability to short out lightsabers for a time.
- Sleek and fast: having a low profile and a low weight it doesn't interfere with movement in a noticeable way. even more so if you've trained with the gauntlet on.
- Achilles Wrist: it only protects what it covers: the wrist and hand
- If you can dodge a wrench: Just because it blocks energy doesn't mean it can block a slugthrower round
DESCRIPTION
Given to Moira as part of her training she uses the gauntlet to overcome some of the downside of having a Shotosaber. This simple metal armguard, Covers her Forearm and hand in a darkened cortosis. It was given to her when she was with the Silver Jedi Order, when her master noticed she wasn't performing at the level expected of her. They gave her this as a defensive tool to balance the short reach of her saber but instead she uses it to close the distance and make a move.
