Rationale: Reshmar took control of the yards after the disapperance of Tesh Aquer. He had been worked there and designed for the company contributing many development projects and working as a Engineering consultant on behalf of the Mon Calamari Yards.

Description:
Upon retirement from the Mon Calamari Defense fleet Admiral Tian Reshmar was asked by Admiral Tesh Aquer to assist the struggling Mon Calamari Shipyards. Reshmar was appointed Chief development and Engineering consultant for the Mon Calamari Yards and went to work shaping the company into something akin to its former glory. Design quality over price and engineering superiority over standardization was the key to bring the yards back to a point where they could once again be considered among the best in the galaxy.

Reshmar began to work as a consultant on projects out side the Mon Calamari yards and began to make connections with affluent individuals and organizations, working on top secret projects. It was here he meet Gir Que of the Galactic Republic. The two corresponded regularly on technical issues and Reshmar assisted in design and testing for systems and worked as the Chief Operations Officer of Lucerne Labs. in Girs absence.

As he was called upon to wear many hats in his time working between companies so came the time when he was called to command once again with the Galatic Republic where he noticed many major flaws in the current level of star ships being fielded by the Galactic Republic.

After his engagement at the Donovian system Reshmar returned to Calamari after hearing of the disappearance of Tesh Aquer. He then took control of the company and its holding and began looking for the lost Admiral. Now his time is spent between his job as CEO of Mon Calamari Shipyards and his promise to help the Galactic Republic Admiral he has come to think of as family.

Inactivity With Canon Companies

1. If a Canon Company Owner is absent for more than 30 days, any writer who does not already own a canon company may contest your claim by creating a submission of their own for the same Company name.

2. The Factory Judge presiding will alert a Role-play Judge, who will then attempt to contact the previous Canon Company Owner.

3. If the Role-play Judge fails to contact the previous Canon Company Owner within 72 hours and deems the Canon Company Owner inactive, the Role-play Judge will then alert an Administrator who will then transfer ownership of the original submission to the new Canon Company Owner, along with any edits made.

There has been no reply from the current canon owner of Mon Calamari Shipyards.

As such, per the rules of Inactive factions, this canon company can now be claimed.
