- Classification: Corporate Branch
- Location: District 1, Denon
- Affiliation: Moonveil Communications & Holdings, Inc.
- Accessibility: Located near Old Parliament Plaza, the Plaza sees a steady stream of traffic throughout all hours of the day. Employees & visitors alike are watched at all times. The building is relatively easy to spot, especially after "daylight" hours - it is one of the brightest lit, and therefore attracts considerable attention.
- Description: Moonveil Plaza is a brightly lit Cloudcutter rising prominently over the Capital District Skyline. At night, it shimmers with numerous multi-colored lights along its edges. The building is home to hundreds of employees - most of them from Offworld (namely, Coruscant & Chandrila), though Moonveil has hired a number of engineers, technical support, and administrative staff from Denon's civilian population.
Security is tight, and provided by Moonveil's own Security Staff; these APD Officers screen visitors & employees alike at a number of entrances. Patrols occur around the clock throughout the building's large number of floors. Employees are issued security passes and are only able to access the areas to-which they're assigned; visitors, by comparison, must be escorted at all times or risk detainment and questioning.
The building serves as Moonveil's Headquarters for all operations in the Denon System, as well as an office for the company's CEO & Board of Directors. Also present is a large broadcast studio. Luminous Sun is heavily involved in Moonveil's operations, as they license the content her entertainment company creates for broadcast; as-such she or one of her representatives attends quarterly meetings to discuss programming agendas, viewership rates, and other similar topics.
Larz Blackheart is also indirectly involved in Moonveil's daily operations, as Moonveil provides Denon with access to the Galaxy's Holo-Net. As CAD's Cyber-security Director, Blackheart takes a personal interest in ensuring the corporation adheres to the highest standards of NetSec, and is allowed unfettered (secret) access to the Company's networks.
While not directly employed through Moonveil, a regulatory body known as CAVA (Corporate Authorities Viewership Association) provides oversight by CAD. CAVA is staffed by "former" Moonveil Employees, as well as representatives of the DireX Board. Their offices are located on the Penthouse Level, and security is provided by CorpSec - not Moonveil.

Moonveil Plaza is a relatively recent addition to Denon's Corporate Scene. Following their successful strides on Coruscant & Nar Shaddaa, Moonveil grew ambitious; eventually making contact with the Corporate Authorities of Denon. CAD's connections within The Galactic Senate on Coruscant were very useful, and after some discussion Moonveil was invited to the Denon System to discuss what they could offer the Corporate Authority.
After months of negotiation, Moonveil, Inc. was allowed to submit a proposal to update Denon's Communications Infrastructure. After successfully doing so (with specific alterations & inclusions, such as guaranteed transparency of all hardware & software designs), the Corporation was offered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: to join the ranks of the Corporate Authority & a seat at the DireX table. The agreement hinged on two very important conditions: 1. That Moonveil votes however Blackheart & Luminous Sun directs, and 2. That the Corporation continually works to improve & update their services, lest they risk another Company (such as Corellia Digital) surpassing them.
Moonveil's ambitions have since blossomed into a sprawling network across Denon. Their massive array of satellites & ground-based towers provide CAD & Denon's citizenry reliable access to the Galaxy outside… as well as a vehicle through which CAD is able to monitor and disseminate news (and propaganda) throughout the System. On the roof of the building (which takes advantage of its significant height), one of Moonveil's GC-011 Communications towers serves to transmit data directly from building's studio. This specific tower acts as a link to numerous others across the sprawling city and is thus extremely well-protected; its damage or destruction would significantly effect their ability to transmit data across Denon.
