iBorg is proud to present the Moro Sapience Uplift. Virtually anything marked 'semi-sentient' on Wookieepedia or in the Codex can be fully sentient now, either as an individual or as a group. Non-sentients can become semi-sentient.

For RP purposes, the Moro has three main uses:

• Your reasonable options for playable species just radically expanded.
• Your animal companion just got a couple notches smarter.
• Local species getting smarter can lead to all kinds of Dominion hooks.

The Moro is open market - no permission needed, use as you will.
