Tactician: This processor not only makes Vera a threat on the battlefield it makes her a threat in the courtroom, processing massive amounts of data in both cases, drawing from millions of cases from across Confederacy Space as well as those of its allies and being very familiar with their legal systems. This allows her to plan ahead, use the facts from each case to form legal arguments that are extraordinarily difficult to fight. Its combat database is endlessly inventive, figuring out how to blend and improve its means in multiple combinations, learning from its encounters and rewriting its algorithms as necessary.
Upgradeable: Its memory is extensive and can learn new ways to fight naturally or by download via plugging it into an approved machine.
Weaknesses:
Acid: Military grade acids will destroy it.
Ion: Ion disrupts it for a short time in various ways, such as randomly shutting certain systems off
Microwave: Microwave is hardly better for it, scrambling and shutting down temporarily in some cases until it reboots.
Loadout: Its loaded with more information than it is capable of running, meaning it can only run so many combat programs at once or so many complex skill databases, and must shut certain databases down while running others.

The Morpheus 9 Warfare Processor Prototype is a highly advanced combat database using both data compression and a specially made gabonna memory crystal to store the massive combat/legal/counterforensic database within, each of which could take up a normal market grade high quality processor. While a massive boost over typical droid warfare processors, it must parcel out the skills it possesses carefully to avoid overheating issues, though it can download massive amounts of data that would overload normal even corporate made processors.
There are rumors that Nine had to pay for the memory crystal via creating an extensive series of psychic related implants for deep cover CIS operatives for a long term operation.
