Moving

Gherron had finally done it. Finally, he'd grown tired of his smallish room in the Jedi temple and decided to move out into an apartment of his own. He had already paid for the place, and his stuff was all in boxes, waiting to be moved. He could only chuckle as he imagined what his old master would say about it. Probably something to the nature of, "It's about karking time!" In fact, just thinking of the man gave him an idea. The two hadn't talked much since Gherron's knighthood. Maybe if he called him up, he could not only get help from him, but the two could catch up some. Pulling out his holocom, he sent a signal to [member="Joshua DragonsFlame"] ....

Hopefully Carn didn't find out about Gherron's new digs. Because with his new rules, he'd strip Gherron of his home and any wealth he had and dip it into the Order's funds. Meanwhile, the former Grandmaster, Gherron's former Master was travelling the galaxy. But there were times in between the slave freeing, the slave ring destroying, the crime ring demolishing, and the Sith operation disbanding... There were two places that Josh seemed to be the most, in between missions.

One was on the wandering ship of a close friend of his, having made amends with them not too long ago. At other times, he was on the homeworld of the Liberty Concord, in his personal penthouse. It was in this penthouse that the former Grandmaster was when Gherron Vael called.

His changed and matured face could be seen in the hologram as Gherron called. The former Grandmaster smirked faintly as he recognized his former Padawan.

"Gherron"

A small smile made its way to Gherron's face when he saw that of his old master's. "Hey, still rocking the beard I see?" He smirked at his own comment, before getting to the point. "I'm finally getting my own place outside of the temple, I was wondering if you wanted to help move my stuff. We could catch up on each other's exploits, it'll be like old times." The last part of his sentence, he instantly regretted. If old times meant Gherron being a whiny brat and Josh having to console him. So, hopefully it wasn't like old times.

A small smirk crossed his face. "I'm not sure if I can visit you right now, Gherron" he said, regrettably. "I'd rather not have the Jedi find me. Or anyone, really, unless I will it. But you... I trust. How would you feel about coming to visit once you finish moving?" he asked.

"While I can't come help you, since I'd likely be found in the process, I'd still like to catch up" he added. He didn't mention the.... Old times. Yknow, the ones where he was a whiny brat.

Gherron raised an eyebrow at his old friend's comment about the Jedi. It had certainly perked up his curiosity, that's for sure. "Sure, I don't mind that at all. See you around." Gherron ended the call, a strange feeling setting over him. Sure, he was almost never around when the Jedi had something interesting to talk about, but Master [member="Joshua DragonsFlame"]? What had happened, that he wouldn't want the Jedi on his tail? Shaking it off, he put his holocom away and began moving boxes. He would have questions for the man, that was a given.
------------------------------
Not an hour later, Gherron had finished transporting the last of his goods to the new apartment. He'd unpacked a few crucial things, like clothes, which he was changing into now. Hanging his robes up, he now wore a light brown t-shirt, jean shorts, and sneakers. Before heading out, he slung a bag over his shoulder, which he always carried when he wasn't in his Jedi attire, and housed his lightsaber and a medkit, among other things. Calling up his friend once more, he locked his door and began walking, awaiting a reply.

Gherron stared wide-eyed at the coordinates, walked straight back inside, and set up a suitcase with clothes. It seemed [member="Joshua DragonsFlame"] was really trying here. Walking to the spaceport, he grabbed his ship and punched in the coordinates.

MANY HOURS LATER...

Sometime later, Gherron's ship came out of hyperspace upon a planet, one he was sure he'd never been to before. Entering the atmosphere, he tried to contact Josh once more, this time via his ship's communicator.

This time, coordinates would be sent to him again, detailing where on the planet he should go. Nothing else was sent... Likely so nobody tracing the call would know that this was where the Jedi Master was hiding...

(Sorry for delay. Bad muse hit)
