Po is a below average height, oriental, tan, and lean man. He usually wears a greasy chef apron and carries some sort of cooking knife with him. He has a mustache and a short, thin braid of chin hair. He has short, thick, dense, black hair.
BIOGRAPHY:
Po was born on Coruscant to a small time cook and a waitress. At an early age, his parents split and he was left in the care of his father. His father taught him how to cook and even got him hired at the place his father was working. Po began working underneath his father at the age of 15 but by the age of 17 was working at his father's level. When he turned 20, Po bought a plot of land in the lower, poorer districts of Coruscant.
After several years of cooking in his own restaurant ''Po's Chicken and Dumplings'', Po was bringing in enough income to hire his father and a waitress. The three ran the restaurant by themselves, until Po hired more and more waitresses and chefs. When he was 27, Po reached a point to where it became obvious the shop was too small for the ever growing number of customers. So, he sold the restaurant and bought another plot in a much higher up, nicer area of Coruscant.
The process repeated, Po hired more and more employees. One day, he noticed a pair or spacers talking about how they wished they could take the food on the road, which gave him an idea. He then started offering barrels of chicken, dumplings, and chicken and dumplings as rations for space travel. The idea was a hit, and Po started ''Mr. Po's Trading Company''
Now 54, Po is a successful business man and looking to further expand his company.
SHIP:
Po usually stays on Coruscant, but when traveling off world will do so by way of one of his freighters or public transport.
