- Cooling: The MRX-Q has a rapid cooling system design built into the weapon, The rearmost part of the pistol is capable of automatically detecting a heat build up and sliding open, exposing and rapidly cooling off the internal circuitry of the pistol, allowing for longer term usage without risk of overheating.
- Stopping Power: Despite its size, the MRX-Q has an impressive amount of stopping power behind each shot it fires. allowing the pistol to punch above its weight class and surprise some opponents.
- Unwieldy: The power cell for the MRX-Q is located on the side of the pistol, only a few inches away from the barrel of the weapon itself. This leads to the weapon being difficult to aim at times as the weight of the weapon always wants to pull to the side.
- Rate of Fire: The MRX-Q, with its exceptional stopping power, makes up for this with a low rate of fire, as the weapon must take three seconds to recharge between each shot. Coupled with the problematic aiming for the weapon, it can become a problematic weapon large scale engagement.
Continuing the MRX series of weaponry, the Mandalorian Union deemed it time to create a sidearm for the Union's warriors as they begin to engage more enemies across the galaxy. Designed to be used in close quarters and in conjunction with a melee weapon, the MRX-Q is capable of providing a Mandalorian warrior with a lethal hold out pistol to defend against enemy forces.
