Defenses: The MTX Fuel Frigate has excellent defenses along with advanced particle and ray shielding. It provides self-sustaining, breaks apart fuel modules to ensure the safety of the workers in the event of an emergency with fuel detonation. It has a triple reinforced hull plating made of a mixture of Alusteel, Agrinium, and matrix armor.
Fuel Cell Canisters: Sustained focused damage may crack or break the fuel containers, resulting in the potential detonation of any flammable, explosive, or unstable fuel stored inside it. If the shields fail and these portable energy collectors are hit, each canister may cause quite a destructive explosion on par with a thermal detonator.
