SECURITY
High
- A history of conflict with a host of other species, such as the Grysk, the Nikardun, the Ssi-ruuk, the Nagai, the Tofs, and the Vaagari, installed a highly martial culture into the Niaheli, making Niahelios a veritable fortress world. Naval assets patrol Mundus at all times; those wishing to come on Niahelios must clear the security checkpoint on Seydala, Niahelio's moon.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

Located on the shadow of the Chiss Ascendancy, situated far from the cosmopolitan galactic core, the Mundus System- composed of vibrant Niahelios and barren Orsinum-was ruled by Titus Septimus, an Jedi Lord. Historians generally agree his arrival to Niahelios coincided with the spread of the Gulag plague, as the breakdown of society began. Following the 400 Years of Darkness, the Septimus name had become a dynasty, a constitutional monarchy ruling a Niahelios, removed enough from the ravages of the Gulag plague to become a industrial, space-faring society.

However, the rise of Niahelios- and of Mundus- didn't go unnoticed. Their were closely observed by the Chiss, leery of the denizens of Mundus System. However, in time, they found the Niaheli to be trustworthy. This friendship between nations continued for years, until the destruction of Csilla by the Brotherhood of the Maw. A stream of Chiss refugees followed, settling on Seydala and the northernmost parts of Niahelios.

Although the Maw's invasion corridor of the Unknown Regions and former Chiss space left Mundus largely unaffected, the tales of a galaxy filled with wonder, riches, and adventure from refugees, captured the attention of the Niaheli, and demand for opening relations with the greater galaxy grew to a fever pitch following the end of the Great Hyperspace War. King Uriel Septimus IV- reigning king- reluctantly bowed to public pressure, sending dignitaries to Coruscant to petition for membership into the Galactic Alliance.
