- Computer Controlled: Operated by an intricate system implemented in the helmet of the Omnicide Disciple armor set, this is a completely hands-free weapon that allows the Helgardi to wield secondary ranged weapons or melee weapons and use both to their fullest potential.
- Burning Shots: The plasmic rounds leave a lasting burning residue on those it hits, melting anything it did not destroy during the initial impact. This is especially useful for heavier armored opponents whose armor may require extensive and sustained damage to break.
- Multi-Angle Aiming: With the rotary systems implemented in the stand of the blaster, this weapon can fire at multiple angles from acute to obtuse with ease.
- Range: Due to the specialized plasmic rounds and overall small size of the weapon, it cannot reach the range of other weapons of its kind. This makes the inherent risk of close combat even more prevalent for the Helgardi that use it.
- Ammunition Capacity: Once again due to the specialized rounds and size of the weapon, it lacks the high capacity of most blasters, forcing the Helgardi to be much more careful with their aiming.
- EMP/ION: As a purely computerized weapon, EMP and ION damage can short-circuit the weapon and render it entirely useless.
Designed to give the warriors of the Helgardi a ranged advantage to work with their desire for close combat, the Munth Plasma Blaster is of an innovative design that operates completely off a unique network linking the weapon to the helmets of the Helgardi. Additionally, the weapon has a wide range of firing angles in the right, obtuse, and acute to unleash the deadly blasts of burning plasma upon anyone within the targeting system. This gives the warriors a free-range of motion with their hands to operate secondary weaponry, making the Helgardi twice as deadly in battles.
