As part of the N&Z Umbrella Corporation; N&Z Laboratories is the division which concerns itself with all the prepwork for the EnSol and USMC divisions in the form of creating new alloys and compounds and doing preliminary tests, they also work closely with the EnSol division when it comes to the creation of new medical applications, materials and compounds in the form of serums and drugs. This division also concerns itself with the more dangerous tasks of bio engineering and biological research, the harvesting of Biomolecules through their Subsidiary NCBC and a dedicated research team and risk management team to combat diseases, viruses and the spread thereof when necessary.
RATIONALE
The N&Z Laboratories is a culmination of both the desire to consolidate the N&Z Umbrella Corporation's great effort in the field of science and biology and to incorporate the company NCBC which is famed for its creation and harvesting of biomolecules. This division was a part of the discussion and contractual agreement for the N&Z Umbrella Corporation to not only absorb the NCBC into its ranks, but to also gain access to the mind and talents of
Liin Terallo
who as per the agreement would be sitting on the overarching Board of Directors in her newly appointed position as Director of the N&Z Laboratories Division, with the special authority of having veto rights on the course the division would take when this would involve the NCBC, as per the agreement, the NCBC would retain a semi-autonomous status and would be allowed to make deals and contracts in and on its own volition without interference from the board or any other divisions, provided that none of its contracts and deals would be considered a liability or a hindrance for the company as a whole.
