The N&Z Section C is essentially the shadow of the N&Z Umbrella Corporation, a reirganized and restructured division within the company which has built its shady reputation within the very whispers of the N&Z's locations. Originally the brainchild of Credius Nargath, former chairman of Nargath Holdings and official founder of the N&Z Umbrella Corporation, this Section C is the result of pulling all former assets and resources from the N&Z's secret blacksites and pooling them into a couple of locations dedicated to groundbreaking innovations without morals and sensibilities holding them back.
While this secret division of the N&Z Umbrella Corporation had been the cornerstone behind the infamous Zweihander Union, being the linchpin of Credius Nargath's own Children of C project circa 849 ABY, the collapse of the Zweihander Union forced all blacksites either into shutdown or minor operational status. With the return of the former Sith Lord and his desire to exert control within the N&Z and utilize the megacorporation's resources for his own projects, Section C was organised and tied to N&Z Laboratories at first, operating as a secondary subdivision, only to never end up on the company's books courtesy of

who played her part as personal assistant to the chairman of the corporation in 902 ABY.Currently, the Section C division is setting itself up as a loose division within the corporate structure, though not much is known by most people, with many simply thinking it is a subdivision of N&Z Laboratories or N&Z EnSol, or even N&Z Securities...which obviously makes the web of confusion complete for those not in the know about this shadowy division.
RATIONALE
Credius Nargath, upon taking for himself the title and pseudonym of Lord of Hunger, realized that by the time he had awoken after decades of stasis, the galaxy had gone through significant changes and where he had once ruled his own faction and his own company with an iron fist, the former had collapsed and the latter had now been helmed by a grandnephew of his. Luckily, while he had been in stasis, many of his supporters continued the works he had started, spinning off key locations and blacksite laboratories from the weakening N&Z Umbrella Corporation after the Lord of Hunger's original mistaken retreat into his closed off sanctuary on The Redoubt. However, upon his reawakening from stasis, these old allies also reemerged from their stupor.
His reemergence reactivated several key programs prior to his disappearance, with several survivors from the old Zweihander Union enlisting and joining up again, formulating the plan to utilize his influence over the young new chairman of the N&Z;
Tertius C. Nargath
to benefit himself, he utilized his power and the proximity of one of his puppets to have Tertius provide him with all legal documentation and classification to have the N&Z Section C not exist officially on paper, but fall within the holes of the N&Z Umbrella Corporation's large corporate structure, allowing Credius access to almost everything within the company, including its vast resources, without any paper trail leading back to the Section C.
