OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
Dining Area - The dining area takes up the majority of the interior of the restaurant, with a great amount of space between each table. Thus privacy and intimacy between those sitting together is assured, yet it doesn't feel isolating, at least not in a bad way. Waiters with ever-changing faces serve the guests. The maroon-colored main menu will be presented first. For the living, trying to read the main menu is like trying to comprehend the complexities of the Universe while staring straight into three dying stars. The entrees listed on it will kill the living if they consume them, so be sure to ask for the forest green, mortal-friendly Sanctuary menu instead.
Kitchens - There are two kitchens, one for each menu. Both are off limits to customers.
SECURITY
Medium; for the Netherworld, that is. Follow the rules of Masque, and you should be fine. Otherwise face the consequences.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
No one knows the history of N3CT4R, though it has been theorized that it may have once been a building that existed in Realspace. Regardless, it is known as one of the most popular dining spots in Masque. Patrons pay with their food via the usual bargaining system in the Bazaar; credits and other forms of traditional currency will not be accepted, but alchemized items, sentimental objects such as a lock of hair, or a memory are all acceptable trades.
Most recently, N3CT4R was the site of the first official date between Rhiannon and Arcturus Dinn after they became engaged.
- Intent: To sub a location in the Netherworld for future RP.

- Affiliation: The Netherworld
- Accessibility: Located in the Great Bazaar, N3CT4R is open to the public at all hours, but only those who are appropriately dressed for an upscale dining establishment are permitted. What counts as "proper" will vary greatly, however. It is also highly recommended that one knows to ask for the Sanctuary menu.
- Description: "It was probably the most expensive place he'd ever stepped foot in. Establishment wise, it was the very definition of fine dining. That it existed within the Nether of all places didn't seem to tarnish its opulence; if anything it was all the more spectacular for it. The walls shifted between a myriad of tastefully muted colours, most of which were incomprehensible to the human eye. The music which drifted down from above was simultaneously sweet and sorrowful, and seemed to somehow fit every occasion at once. The space between tables seemed far more vast than the building seemed to have space for when looking in from the outside." - Arcturus Dinn
