- Accessibility: The location is easily visible to any visiting the planet. Setup in such a way that supplies and products are readily available with undisturbed air space between two of the most heavily trafficked cities of Naboo. Transportation is provided by Priddy General Engineering and Manufacturing via Speeder Bus or Hovertrains with set schedules. Access however is limited to those with authorized clearances by both the Royal Naboo Republic and Priddy General Engineering and Manufacturing. Those working in the facility are still tightly watched via security droids and other internal security systems. Guided tours are available to the public but require a waiver be signed, and for everyone taking part in the tour to be background checked as well as submit to a chain code check.
- Description: Built into a seaside cliff, the facility on the surface appears to most as a resort location with its own power systems. A large building built on the cliff shelf sees use as the administrative office while the platforms below rise and fall with the tides, often seen sporting some variety of cargo containers and starships of varying sizes. Barely a stone's throw away is a ring of Geothermal power facilities that are linked to the building, with another ring of LS-1 'Ordinator' Security Pylons surrounding the facility via power fence to keep out those with no business being there.

- Specialty: Starfighters are the specialty of this facility when in full production mode. Using heavy automation paired with a significant workforce, starfighters can be produced at an alarming speed compared to standard production above standard quality.
- Output: Able to produce a steady yet speedy number of both personnel gear, vehicles, and starships of varying size due to both generalized automation and a mass workforce. Dedicated lines of production however are capable of producing wonders of engineering that are meticulously handcrafted.
- Market: This location produces personnel equipment and starships almost exclusively for the Royal Naboo Republic as part of a contractual agreement between Priddy General Engineering and Manufacturing, and the Royal Naboo Republic.

(^ Main Office Building, Logistic Offices)
The second smallest portion of this production facility; The main office building serves as both the logistics department along with research and development.
A mix of engineers and administrative personnel are typically found here. Numerous different research buildings dot the area, some requiring confinement due to materials being used, while others are simply highly sensitive and require exclusive permissions to enter. A majority of the administrative duties are kept within the Naboo inspired central building however given the need for cooperation from the different logistical sections.

Located around the main building are a number of geothermal turbines that provide power directly to the facility given its remote location.
Seeking to remain both loyal to and inspired by the surroundings, it was decided to remain as green as possible with energy requirements rather than bringing in potentially dangerous units to provide power.

The space below the main building is an extensive one, with a majority of the work being concealed from the surface under both stone and dirt, as well as a great many support pillars and reinforcement pieces.
A vast network of these workspaces are built below the main building and extend clear to the perimeter fence outside. These spaces allow for both the organic and automated workforce to alter and adjust the workspace as needed for whatever they are producing. From additional overhead cranes, movement of resources, use of localized gravity generators, the arrangement of a production line is limited only by management. From beginning to end, the line has ample space for everything, and undertaking larger projects may end up using several linear workspaces at the same time.
This area houses both General Manufacturing Construct | Industrial AI and X9 Bumblebee-series Engineering/Excavation Droids.

The end of the line, or as many in the facility call it, the Weather testing area.
These platforms are massive, and modular to boot. With platforms being able to merge together via shifting panels to allow for larger vessels to be removed from production areas once completed. Rising and falling with the tide, they also serve as a pseudo-storage area for overflow materials. This also serves as a receiving area for incoming materials where different loaders and crews coordinate with the main office to move them inside to their appropriate lines.

GPO-12 "Ironmaze" Threat-Prevention Suite for administrative/transaction use. - X13 Paladin-series Synthmarines - Patrol interior of the facility with an organic partner, others await summons from the logistics area for conflict resolution. Serve as a backup for the organic security teams against intrusions.
- Holocam's - Both interior and exterior, holocams are present to keep a watchful eye on everyone and everything happening within the facility.
- Blaster Neutralizers - Assist in keeping accidental misfires on the production floor from happening, and incidents inside the main building from taking place.
- LS-1 'Ordinator' Security Pylons - Set on the perimeter of the facility for security purposes as while it is an isolated facility from any large cities, it is entirely isolated from expedient assistance.
- Priddy Hypervelocity Cannons - Several sit atop the collection of buildings to ward off potential pirates or other unsavory characters but are also largely to keep unauthorized vessels from landing. Housed in blister style canopies to blend in with the architecture.
- DSS-02 Shield Generator - Used to protect the entire facility from any type of outside threat given the isolated nature of the facility.
- Gravity Locks - Are present on the staging area decks to keep starships from being taken for joyrides.
Niki Priddy had already given her aid to the Naboo jedi in the past, granting them access to several ships to use for their efforts in securing the safety of people throughout the galaxy. Her attention piqued when those same jedi along with the ruling party of Naboo had banded together to form a new power within the galaxy. Seeing potential in the newly formed Royal Naboo Republic, and a need for them to employ the mass number of refugees, she approached the group with a deal.
The offer to set up a production facility using her own resources for the RNR to utilize and to employ the masses. The only caveat being she would maintain ownership of the facility.
The first idea for the building was to build it as a sprawling complex atop the cliffside. Issues arose though in the form of ground stability in the area with forecasted erosion models showing the eventual collapse of the cliffside with what was projected to be produced in the facility. Shifting the plan, they instead began to excavate beneath the surface, reinforcing the cliffside as they dug out the planned work areas. Bolstering the shoreline as well using the removed dirt and stone to make a separate shelf in the surrounding waters in case of the worst for the items leaving the production line.
Once stability tests and erosion projections were done again with a green light for the undertaking, the true work began. Setting up a main building with the assistance of architects from both Theed and Keren brought in to help keep the planet's aesthetic choices prevalent with the building. Able to keep the majority of the pleasing aesthetics while employing the security measures Niki herself required of her facilities. Especially with the recent issues that had struck Naboo. Constructing a vast underground system of production lines that could focus on their specialty without requiring them to move from their location to move the product forward. A linear series of these production lines can be opened up together to work on any significantly sized vessel or piece of ground equipment given that the overhead cranes and other moving systems are already set up to move through the same area without issue.
Powering these systems was only a minor hurdle, as in the past Niki had already found that harnessing local energy resources was more favorable than trying to import foreign sources of fuel.
Surveys revealed several untapped thermal vents that led to the waters beside the cliff. Tapping into these vents, a reliable power source was produced by maintaining several of these thermal turbines without needing to tap into the already present plasma mining happening in Theed. With power issues resolved, a solid and tested structure to keep the facility on the cliff instead of the waters below, the facility opened and welcomed most every being that could clear a proper background check.
