Hit me with your best shot: Provides excellent protection from slugthrowers, energy, and melee weapons. Consecutive attacks to the same area will eventually penetrate, but the suit is able to withstand a great deal of punishment with very little impact on the wearer.
Sneaky McSneakyface: It looks, feels, and behaves like an ordinary suit. Even in the event of added plate insertions, the NT-1 is so light and thin that the outline of the suit is hardly distorted. This is high-quality, low-key protection at its best.
Impact: Though the dilatant and NT-1 disperse kinetic energy well, they can’t work miracles. High-powered slughtrowers, explosions, and kinetic impact melee weapons will still turn the body of the wearer into mush, break bones, and rupture organs. This is a suit meant to prevent attacks of convenience and opportunity, not be worn out on the battlefield.
Electricity: NT-1 is extremely conducive. Anyone targeted by Sith Lightning or other forms of electrical attacks will find themselves thoroughly fried.
Nadir’s primary clientele are criminals. This, of course, also includes the white-collar sort, who – either born of personal preference or their environment – wouldn’t be caught dead wearing armor.
Naturally, Nadir set out to make sure that they wouldn’t be caught dead wearing a suit either.
Building on the previous advancements made with the E-series Armor underlay, the wide pool of well-paid talent has taken things to a new level. Utilizing a similar approach as with the bodyglove, the ‘fabric’ of the suit is woven of multiple layers. The Environment underlay resides directly beneath the inner lining of the suit, usually silk-covered. Then follow the microscopic fibers of NT-1 and Myoflex woven together to provide a flexible yet very strong layer of protection. Due to its extremely low weight, multiple layers are sewn together to compound its protective qualities as well as provide some padding against kinetic energy. Lastly, this weave is steeped in a dilatant that works wonders in the dispersal of kinetic energy. When faced with significant force, the previously liquid substance hardens and behaves much like a solid, thus increasing resistance to kinetic impact by several orders of magnitude.
The Executive suit is, ultimately, an expensive, yet extremely stylish choice of protection for the judicious criminal. With its impeccable tailoring and to-form specifications, it will look great on any build, shape, or size. Even non-humanoid species can order this fine garment, whether they have multiple arms, legs, or other appendages that require special accommodations.
