"We can't help them." she stated as if it was needed. Was it needed? She certainly didn't feel any compulsion to help. Doing so would require a suicide run through the ship. She shifted in her seat, turning her attention to the scanners currently mapping the best entry point. "They are already dead. Although...." she tilted her head. "A freshly infected specimen would be a great help. Do you think we could capture one?"
There were some key point Sula had left out in convincing Shev Skirata to come along.
Like, she hadn't finished testing the cure yet because Akaan had worked half her experiment with a misfiring in her lab.
Like there was a 50:50 chance this would make matters worse.
