DESCRIPTION
Narrikian Royal Engineering is loyal to Setus Prime, and the Emperor of the Narrikians Sirius Nova. They do accept private manufacturing requests of ships and weapons so long as a waiver is signed saying that Setus Prime, and the Narrikians will not be attacked by any customers of theirs. They are a mostly-benevolent planet but are willing to grind uninhabited worlds into dust by strip-mining them. The Narrikian Royal Engineering Corporation has a rule, and that is that they will do whatever it takes to catch up with the technology standard of the rest of the galaxy.

RATIONALE
Outgunned due to not having the facilities to construct ships, or build weapons on their own in bulk, the Emperor of the Narrikians Sirius Nova realized something needed to be changed. As a result of this, he ordered the creation of the Narrikian Royal Engineering Corporation in order to provide them what they lacked, the ability to protect themselves from the various enemies of space. So with that in mind he had the company made and so they began producing ships, weapons, and armor for the Narrikians.
