Naval Ranking System:
Grand Admiral- This is the highest rank in the entire naval organization of the Eternal Empire and out ranks Lord Marshal. By law, they're can only be one individual holding this rank. They have absoulute authority over the ships of the Navy, second only to the Empress regarding naval power. This must be approved by only the Empress

Lord Marshall: This postion is a bit complex. There is a council of four individuals who hold this rank.They oversee the organization of the Fleets and Armies of Zakual under the supervision of the Grand Admiral,headof this council and the Empress

Fleet Admiral:This Position requires the aproval of either the Lord Marshal, Empress, or Grand Admiral. They're dutys are to oversee the various fleets of the Empire.

Vice Admiral : The Positon of Vice Admiral is adorned to those who have skill commanding Task Gorces of ships which include various Task Groups. This Position must be approved by a person holding the rank of Fleet Admiral or Higher.

Rear Admiral: This is quite simple. Your Job is to command your Task Group to the Best of your ability. This Rank depends on the number of Task Forces our fleets have.

Captain: Usually the lowest rank in the Fleet Command Structure. The Captain has a significant role in ship to ship combat. This is the most important rank in all of naval history.

Commander: This rank usally serves as second in command of a ship and or head of a department. This is also the required rank to lead a squadron of fighters.

Lieutenant Commander- Serves as second in command of a department on a ship such as tatical. This Rank is also the required rank to lead a fighter squad.

Lieutenant High Grade- Typically a senior officer in charge of tasks aboard a ship. This Rank is also an achievable rank in the Fighter Syestem

Lieutenant Jr Grade- Typically a high rank regarding the two lower ranks below it. This is also a command position within the Fighter Syestem.

Ensign: The Lowest Comamnd postion in the entirely Navy.

Cadet: The Starting postion for all Naval Academy entries

Also a point of constructive criticism: Your ranking system excludes enlisted ranks which are essential to all militaries.

Eternal Empire of Zakuul Naval Military Structure​

[SIZE=12pt]Empress: The Empress sits as the Command and Chief of all Naval forces within the Eternal Empire of Zakuul. She stands as the final check and balance of all officers within the Navy, and the supreme decision maker of who holds the highest ranks within. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Imperator: The Imperator is not a constant rank within the Navy. In times of crisis, the Empress may name an Imperator who holds authority over both the Navy and Army within the Eternal Empire, to stand as her ultimate general, advisor, and advocate in the military when the Empress’s unified command needs support. [SIZE=12pt]Grand Admiral: When no Imperator is chosen, the Grand Admiral serves as the highest ranking officer within the Navy. Beneath the Empress, they oversee the day to day affairs of the Navy, the general design and composition, and the overall deployment and training of it's officers and forces. [/SIZE]​

[SIZE=12pt]Fleet Admiral: The Fleet Admiral is a position within the Eternal Empire Navy that holds direct authority of any large collection of warships. Like Imperator, the position of Fleet Admiral is not a constant position. When in a large formation, the most senior Admiral, or the Admiral chosen by the next highest ranking officer in command is elevated to the position of Fleet Admiral to oversee the current combat situation. [SIZE=12pt]Admiral: Admirals within the Navy maintain control of Naval Squadrons. Each Admiral oversees and commands three Naval Squadrons within the Navy, and may serve as a Fleet Admiral or Imperator if chosen. [/SIZE]​

[SIZE=12pt]Rear Admiral: A Rear Admiral commands a single Naval Squadron within the Navy. They are the lowest ranking officer that can be elevated to the position of Fleet Admiral or Imperator. [/SIZE]​

[SIZE=12pt]Commodore: The Commodore within the Eternal Empire Navy serves as a non-frontline duty officer. They are the desk officers assigned to each Navy Squadron that oversees their supply and training schedules from Zakuul, and act as the direct line of connection between the Empress, Grand Admiral, or Imperator if they are on Zakuul with the individual Naval Squadrons. [SIZE=12pt]Captain: Captains are the primary commanding officer within the Eternal Empire Navy. They command a single frigate or larger vessel and act as the supreme authority aboard their own vessel. [/SIZE]​

[SIZE=12pt]Commander: The Commander serves as the second in command of frigate or larger vessels, or the highest ranking and commanding officer of escort or smaller vessels. [/SIZE]​

[SIZE=12pt]Lieutenant Commander: Lieutenant Commanders within the Navy serve as the second in command of escort or smaller sized warships, or as senior officers aboard frigate or larger vessels. [/SIZE]​

[SIZE=12pt]Lieutenant: Lieutenants within the Navy act as overseers of Ensign commands. [/SIZE]​

[SIZE=12pt]Ensign: Ensigns are the lowest ranking officer aboard vessels within the Navy. They act as squad leaders over several crewman assigned to their station, known collectively as Ensign commands. [/SIZE]​

[SIZE=12pt]Crewman: Crewman are enlisted members of the Navy, and serve across the fleet as the primary work force aboard vessels.[/SIZE]​
