HISTORICAL INFORMATION

Naval Station Bulwark is one of four naval bases set up as part of the Fortress Initiative-an endeavor taken on by the Silver Jedi military to better secure their borders against Sith incursions. The station itself is a Watchtower Class Battle Station, which houses up to 10,000 naval personnel including pilots for its high number of fighter wings as well as up to 15,000 infantry which can be deployed using transport squadrons at short notice. In addition to the station itself, there are two defense perimeters: The inner has three Reef Class Defense Satellites and the Outer has 50 OSA--7 Orbital Defense satellites.

One thing that needs to be addressed regarding this sub:

It is manufactured by the Kirbian Systems Armoury and Lucerne Labs and has Closed Market Affiliation. Now I know that the owners of both companies were/are affiliated with the Silver Jedi Order, but have they given you/the SJO faction permission to use this item? The Permission field needs to be filled out accordingly.

Elpsis Kerrigan So both of those subs are the standard weapons of the Reef Class Defense Satellite, which has already been approved and is currently affiliated with the Silver Jedi as per its sub (linked above). It is my understanding that since that sub has been approved, all permission issues would have to have been handled at the time of its sub and should not enter into consideration for this sub.

EDIT: I will also add that this is essentially an identical sub to Naval Station Rampart, in which the Reef Class Defense Satellite sub was taken on its own merit.

Codex, much like the Factory, does not approve on the basis of precedent. Staff is only human and so things might be overlooked.

Your other point is valid, though I'd recommend making it clear in future submission that the items in question are part of the Reef satellites, since you' use several different stations in this submission. It makes judging easier since you just label these security assets as the inner perimeter defence grid.
