- Description: A religion based around the spaceships it's practitioners travel in, treating them as though they themselves are living beings. Captains (Paired Ones) are given a special mechanical implant in the brain that allows them to 'connect' with their ships much in the same way that a droid can interface with one. It is done through ritual, surgery, and a ceremony is held by Willow and Ivy to establish them as being bonded for life with the Angels (ships) that protect their Creator (shipyards). Other crewman and engineers, (known as Workers and Keepers) work hard to earn their place as Captains of their own Angel if they so choose. Workers and Keepers have their own designations to define their ranks. Willow and Ivy, being Force Sensative siamese twins understand the symbiotic relationship between two beings more than most, and it is them that the practitioners look up to as Prophets to guide them to their own Angels. For a ship to become an Angel, a willing sentient being is given the choice to sacrifice his/her own body and memories to become a ship and give the Angel “life”. These Consecrated Ones are held in the highest regard, chosen for their mechanical aptitude and engineering prowess. Their abilities and skills as Keepers helped to pave the way towards this sacred rank. The Captain bonds with the ship, the OS and the enteched soul as one. Every class of ship has it's own special designation to honour their place within Navis Sacra, just as the practicioners do:
Seraphim = SSD
Cherubim = BC
Ophanim = SD
Lord Ship = Cruiser
Virtue = Frigate
Protestas = Corvette
Princedom = Transport
Archangel = Fighter
Nephilim = Space Armour
- Founder: Willow & Ivy
- Membership: There are ceremonies, missions and skill tests required to be sure that the members are worthy to move up the levels of which there are Five, the first being similiar to an initiate, while the highest entails complete bonding with a ship(s).
- Sacred: Spaceships are sacred, as is the Damascus Station where the ships are 'birthed'. Even those built elsewhere are honoured and given respect as though they are sentient beings too.
- Dogma: "~Everything in space wants to kill you. Your ship is the literal difference between life and death. Treat it well and you'll live. Treat it poorly and you die.~" Ships are sacred and to destroy them by sabotage is punishable by death. Those found guilty are thrown out of an airlock so that in their last moments they come to realize just how vital to survival a ship truly is. Even in battle it is encouraged to disable a ship instead of destroying it, although it is known that that isn't always possible. Warships are born to destroy their enemies, as it is in their nature, and so it is reguarded as a neccessary evil for the protection of all. Only Angels can kill other Angels, and so a Navi must either be in a ship as it destroys another or wearing Nephilim armour which is intigrated with the Angel Navis Operating System. Improving a ship's capabilities and defences is highly rewarded, as is good maintenance. Old ships and pieces of old ships can be reclaimed, salvaged and reincarnated to become new ships and armour for the Navi.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Willow and Ivy have always been inseperable. Being siamese twins, the very concept of being without the other was the scariest thing imaginable. They couldn't survive, especially in their home territory of Hutt Space. After years of being fortunetellers and advisors to both Warlords and Hutts alike, the twins were rescued from a life of perceived slavery by Grand Admiral Burtch and brought to Damascus Station. It was there that the twins discovered symbiotic relationships can be held between a ship and it's Captain.
The Damascus Station survives in much the way that the twins do; linked to another. In this case the station orbits a planet for energy and resources. Such technology surpassed the twins wildest dreams, with the ship that they were rescued in holding a special place in their hearts. Why wouldn't others hold ships in high regards too? There were stories of ships that were as important in history as those that flew them, like the legendary Millenium Falcon. So many designs were held sacred that they had barely evolved over the centuries.
Willow and Ivy treated their rescue ship like a hero and over their journey to Damascas Station the Navis Sacra religion was born. They had visions of such a thing coming to pass, filled with a variety of holy castes among not only the ships themselves, but all those that served within them. These castes included Holy Knights, Clerics, Keepers and the Main Flock, each with different ranks of their own, and each vitally important for the overall health of the ships under their care.
As Prophets, Willow and Ivy take it upon themselves to guide the Navi and to watch out for them, just as the Navi protect the Prophets, forming yet another symbiotic relationship as a whole. And with that the Navis Sacra religion was born.
