Need a file resized to profile picture size

Need the picture under ''step one'' resized so I can set it as my profile picture, preferably still including the clear background.

Here's one with the white and clear-ish background. I wasn't able to clear up the background much on that second one so I stuck up the white background one anyway. It doesn't look the most proportional due to the original image but try it out.
