Need Help with a Dev Thread

So a while ago in the waning day of the Protectorate I came up with the the Omega Combat Exoskeleton-1 a powered exoskeleton that could fit over armor and enhance the wearers speed, strength and endurance as well as other neat tricks, if you wanna get the whole picture read the sub I linked. Anyway I need a dev thread to finish it up since the first one tanked and now I need to do another. I'd be willing to change it around to give it to other units other than the Omega Pyre if you guys were to help...

Yeah but do to the site factory rules anything that increases strength, agility and endurance has to have a dev thread. Also don't bold it when you @mention someone its screws it up and they don't get the notification.

i realy dont know how to do that. but i helped make a Mando armor if you need help.
