Need someone to slow down a gif

Hello people far more talented with digital art than I. I have a gif that I really like for my siggy, but I need it slowed down a bit because it moves too fast for me right now. Anyone know how this stuff works?

Super-easy. You can find websites online that will do it for you. It's a really quick 2 minute fix in PS and GIMP though. How much slower did you want (just an estimate in x speed)?

Maybe like .5x slower? I can try the website thing when I get to a computer.
